Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days from purchase, we will no longer be able to offer returns or refunds.
To be returned, products must be unused and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging.
You must communicate your desire to return the item by email to adv@calpierre.it, indicating your order number.
Do not send products back without first contacting us.
There are some situations where the refund is only partially guaranteed:
- The products are not in original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- More than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase.
Size exchange (if applicable)
In case of size change, you must communicate your wish to adv@calpierre.it.
In ITALY we will arrange for the courier to collect the product at our expense and once we have received the product we will arrange for the new shipment.
Outside ITALY, the customer will have to return the item at his own expense and we will pay for shipping the new pair.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the products and whether the return has been accepted or refused.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed immediately and the credit will automatically be made available on the payment method used.
Late or missing refund
If you have not yet received your refund, please wait 5 days and check with your credit card company or paypal.
After 5 days, you can contact us at adv@calpierre.it and we will try to give you more information.
Changes (if possible)
For defective or damaged products, if due to our fault, we will replace the product. You will need to write an email to adv@calpierre.it and send the product to: Calpierre Srl - Viale Olimpico 5b Casandrino Napoli IT 80025.

Products must be returned to:

The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
Consider using a courier that offers tracking for returns.
