Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days from purchase, we will no longer be able to offer returns or refunds.

To be returned, products must be unused and in the same condition as received. They must also be in their original packaging.

Please email adv@calpierre.it to let us know your intention to return the item, including your order number.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

There are some situations where the refund is only partially guaranteed:
- The products are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- More than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase.

Size exchange (if applicable) 

If you need to change your size, please contact adv@calpierre.it.

In Italy, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item at our expense, and once we receive the product, we will arrange for a new shipment.

Outside of Italy, the customer will have to return the item at their own expense and we will pay for shipping the new pair.

Refund (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of the items and let you know whether the return has been accepted or rejected. If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method.

Late or missing refund: If you haven't received your refund yet, please wait 5 days and check with your credit card company or PayPal. After 5 days, you can contact us at adv@calpierre.it and we'll try to provide you with more information. 

Exchanges (if possible) For defective or damaged products, if due to our fault, we will replace them. Please email adv@calpierre.it and indicate your wish to exchange them, including your order number.

Products must be returned to:

The cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable.

Consider using a courier that offers tracking for returns.
